everything was great the home had everything that we needed for a pleasant weekday and all things needed for the beach. It was a little rowdy around the street because it was spring break but the house was wonderful

What a cute beach house. Literally about 100 steps to the sand. We loved it. So relaxing! Condo was immaculately clean and matched listing accurately. Was convenient to restaurants and grocery. We will definitely be back!Thank you!

Great property and owners
We have known this property and owners for decades, but rented the property only recently. It is very well maintained and updated and located perfectly on the Balboa peninsula. Will keep it in mind for future trips to Newport Beach.
